When is payment required and what payment methods do you accept?
Daily Commute and Moore Park Pass: There are no upfront payments or monthly services fees; you only pay at the end of each ride.
As Directed: Payment is required at the final destination or when your driver completes all items on the itineary.
Your driver accepts contactless payments via debit, credit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay.
What if I need to skip or change a ride or temporarily pause my subscription?
You must provide at least 1 hour notice to skip or change a ride without penalty; otherwise, the full fare will be added to your next ride.
If you have a holiday planned, you have the option to temporarily pause your service without losing the agreed fare and scheduled time slot.
